BondOne® Epoxy Resin 

Bondone epoxy resin and hardener are manufactured by Hindustan Specialty Chemicals Limited, a part of the Hindustan group having interests in manufacturing and marketing of epoxy and allied products.  HSCL's products will find application in civil construction, coating, electrical and electronics, composites, laminations, adhesives, tooling and other niche end user segments. 

Properties:

• Mixing Ratio (R:H) (bw)  3 : 1 

• Mix Viscosity at 25ºC -mPas: 500-800 

• Pot life - Minutes:  60-90 

• Peak exotherm temperature °C:  Max 55 

• Hardness Shore D: 75-80

• Curing time: 24hrs

Bondone ClearLam CC is a two component, modified, low viscous epoxy coating and casting system. Optically clear casting can be achieved when used for casting of small and low thickness articles. When the both the components are mixed properly and cured at room temperature, a clear casting can be achieved. 

Features: 

• Excellent hardness

• High gloss and clarity

• Thermally stable and suitable to perform at extreme temperature.

• Good water and chemical resistance. 

Applications:

• Casting of small articles like jewelry, coasters, key chain etc

• Topcoat and coating on articles.

Properties:

• Mix ratio (R:H) 100:50 (2:1)

• Pot life: 20 - 30 minutes

• Hard Dry: 6 to 8 hours.

BondOne Stono 101 is a two-component modified epoxy system for treatment of Italian marble and granite.

Applications:

• Filling and coating of Italian marble and granite

• Stone casting

Features – Benefits:

• High penetration and high gloss

• Enhances natural color of stones.

• Can be pigmented.

• Low shrinkage

• Chemical resistance

Application Procedure:

• Clean marble thoroughly to make it dust, oil, grease free. Wipe off the surface with clean cloth.

• Mix resin and hardener in ratio 100:50.

• Apply over cracks and pinholes.

• Allow to dry for 8-10 hours.

• Excess material can be removed by grinding.

• Polishing can be done after 24-30 hours.

Bondone® Super Strength is a thixotropic multi-purpose room temperature curing two component epoxy resin and polyamide hardener system with moderate working time.

Bondone® Super Speed is thixotropic multi-purpose room temperature curing two component epoxy resin and polyamide hardener system with moderate working time.

Bondone Powertite is two components modified, viscous epoxy adhesive system. When resin and hardener components are mixed in recommended ratios and cured at room temperature, an excellent bond strength can be achieved with most of the substrates including glass, metals, reactive plastics, wood, textile and natural stones. Faster productivity can be achieved, if curing is performed at higher temperature between 40°C and 60°C. Curing at higher temperature is recommended to achieve optimum bond strength.
